By making a reservation, the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with the rules and conditions established below. This regulation aims to guarantee the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests during their stay:
Our check-in begins at 2 PM, while check-out must be completed by 12 PM. Early arrivals and late departures may be permitted subject to availability and an additional fee. Breakfast is served à la carte from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and may be adjusted according to seasonality or operational needs without prior notice. We request that any dietary restrictions be informed at the time of booking so that we can better meet the needs of each guest.
The inn's leisure areas operate according to specific schedules. The bar and pool are open daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and snacks are available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, subject to change depending on demand. Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, it is essential to respect quiet hours. The pool may be closed for maintenance or cleaning without prior notice.
Room cleaning is performed between 8 am and 2 pm; it is necessary to leave the key at reception to authorize the service. Bed linen is changed every three days, while towels can be replaced upon request. Extra changes and any damage to the linen, furniture, or structure of the apartment are subject to an additional charge.
The guesthouse may record images and videos of its facilities and daily operations, which may be used for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and institutional materials. If a guest does not wish for their image to be used, they must inform reception at check-in and complete the waiver form.
Please note that the voltage in all areas is 220V and that the guesthouse does not have a power generator. When leaving the room, guests must remove the energy-saving key, lock the door, and return the key to reception. For safety and maintenance reasons, management may carry out repairs, pest control, or operational adjustments without prior notice, always seeking to minimize any inconvenience.
Visitors must identify themselves at reception by presenting an official photo ID. A registration form will need to be completed, and day-use or overnight fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Please note that the guesthouse does not accommodate children or teenagers under 18 years of age and is not pet-friendly. Children or minors under 18 years of age will only be accepted with the signature of a Liability Waiver by their parents or legal guardians, and unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay or visit.
Included in the daily rate are bath amenities, beach or pool towels (limited to one per person per day), outdoor parking (rotational parking), and Wi-Fi throughout the inn. Services such as laundry, spa, transfers, taxis, and tours are available upon request and for an additional fee. The inn is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
Any damage caused to the inn's facilities or property will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation. Reservations paid by credit card are subject to confirmation of card ownership and signature of the Debit Authorization Form. Beijo do Vento Ltda. does not offer free room category upgrades, and the choice of room is the sole responsibility of the guest at the time of booking.
Finally, abusive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior, whether directed at staff or other guests, will result in the immediate termination of the accommodation contract, without the right to a refund.
