Cancellation Policy

Pousada Beijo do Vento adopts a 100% Non-Refundable Reservation Policy. By confirming their reservation, guests acknowledge that cancellation and refunds are not possible.

In addition to this policy, guests must comply with the House Rules, available at our reception and on our official website.

Reservation Changes

If you are unable to attend on the original date, we offer two rescheduling options:

1. Re-agenda

  • Change of arrival date to a new date, at no additional cost, provided that all original booking conditions are maintained (number of nights, number of guests, room category and rate period).
  • If there is a difference in fare between the original date and the new date, the guest will be responsible for paying the additional amount at check-in.
  • Rescheduling must be requested up to 20 days before the original reservation date.

2. Letter of Credit

  • Credit issued for the amount paid, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • The credit is not valid for use on holidays, New Year's Eve, Carnival, or during periods considered package deals.
  • The credit does not prevent tariff variations; any differences must be paid by the guest at the time of the new booking.
  • Requests must be made exclusively via email: beijodoventopousada@gmail.com.

3. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), the guest may cancel the reservation with a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that the stay does not begin within that period.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear on the reservation date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • In this situation, the guest will forfeit the entire amount paid, with no right to rescheduling or future credit.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit card payment in up to 3 interest-free installments (the card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the signed Debit Authorization Form).
  • PIX.
  • Bank transfer.

6. Important

  • Changes (rescheduling or credit vouchers) are subject to availability at the inn and current pricing conditions.
  • Requests must be made exclusively by the reservation holder; requests from third parties will not be accepted.
  • This policy applies only to reservations made directly on the official Pousada Beijo do Vento website.
  • Reservations made through partner platforms (Booking, Expedia, etc.) are subject to the rules established by each platform.
  • By making a reservation through the official website, the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with this policy and the House Rules.
